The "XV3" 2212 2450kv is Team Legit's recommended motor for the Ritewing Nano Drak and similar small, high-performance aircraft. We run this motor on 4S LiPo and with an APC 5.5 x 4.5E propeller. An ESC capable of high-RPM outrunner operation (such as Cobra Wing series) is required for this setup and we recommend a size of 40 Amps.
This product is the short shaft motor. There are two version of this motor: long shaft version and short shaft version. Check the following photo for the difference between the versions. Both of them come with the same prop adapter and motor mount.
