Neutral Density (ND) filters are color-less, gradient-free filters which reduce the light entering a camera. In the FPV world, ND filters are used to reduce the effects of rolling-shutters such as the "jello" effect, and to elongate shutter timing resulting smoother motion blur. In short, these "sunglasses for your camera" give you more control over your video.
