One of Team Legit's favorite micro servos, the D85MG finds a home in many of our high-performance wings up to 50" in span and 4-5lbs in weight.
Engineered with state-of-the-art D-Series technology, this “micro but mighty” servo is an upgrade from Hitec's popular HS-5085MG. With soft-start enabled circuitry, 4096 high-resolution and a long-life potentiometer, the D85MG allows for smooth and decisive movement and accuracy. Programmable application-specific parameters provide the ultimate in maximum servo performance.
Optional Aluminum Arm
D85MG comes with a set of nylon servo arms. Hitec makes a high-quality aluminum arm sold separately, which mates to the D85MG's 24T-6 output shaft. Aluminum arms benefit from not only increased durability, but also increased rigidity which improves control response. This increased rigidity is especially relevant when using off-center control schemes such as ball links... common on the flying wing aircraft we love!
