One of our favorite micro servos, now in a high-voltage version!  This HV version of Emax's ES09MD allows you to run up to 8.4 Volts on the servo power rail of your flight controller or PWM receiver.

High-Voltage vs "Standard" voltage ES09MD...

The main advantage of this HV servo is the ability to be powered by up to 8.4V.  If your surrounding electrics will support high servo voltages, it is recommended to run this servo as close to full voltage as possible.  The performance of this servo at 8.4 volts is comparable to the standard servo running at 6.0 volts.  While this HV servo will happily run on lower voltage, we recommend choosing the standard version if you expect to run a lower servo voltage in your project.

That said, this HV version is rated at slightly higher torque and slightly slower speed compared to the standard version, when each is supplied with their respective maximum voltages.
