- Q: Do I get a Tracking number for My order?
- A: Yes. Once your order has been completed and shipped you will get a "Complete or Fulfilled" Email. You can also track your orders by logging into your account and click the track button.
- Q: Do you offer international Shipping?
- A: Of Course!! We ship to most countries worldwide. We are restricted by international trade laws to ship to certain countries but these are usually blocked before a payment can be made. We do not ship to the following countries. Syria, Iraq, Morocco, UAE, Iran, Jordan, Russia, Mexico and North Korea. This is due to trade restrictions and Excessive lost or returned packages.
- Q: I have not received my package, Whats the typical time frame?
- A: We ship all Packages Via USPS. Typically they arrive within 1-3 days for domestic and 5-10 days for international, but could take up 5-8 days for Domestic and 10-30 days for international. Please allow 10 days for Domestic and 30 days for international before contacting us.
- Q: My Package shows shipped but has not updated for some time?
- A: USPS usually is very good at updating however they sometimes do drop the ball and will display incorrect info, or route your package through different sorting facilities.
- For International Orders the normal process typically show:
- 2.Departed ICS Los Angeles. After Leaving Los Angeles It is tracked through Your companies Postal System if available. If you do not receive your package in 15 days Please contact your local post office or customs office. Many times packages are stuck in your countries customs office and a simple phone call or inquire can help get things moving.
- Q: Why Has my Item been Placed On-Hold?
- A: Orders with Items that are back-ordered or Temporarily out of stock will be placed On Hold. Typically these items arrive within a few days but could take up-to 20 days to arrive. We will change your order to completed once we ship it out. We thank you for your patience and support.
- Q: When will you Have an Item in stock?
- A: We try our best to keep all items in stock and on hand for immediate shipping. however, certain manufactures provide us limited supply so it becomes difficult to get these items in stock. Your best option is to subscribe to waitlist on the product page. We will send you a notification when the product is back in stock.
